James joined the Mirvac Group in 1997 as a site coordinator on it's Beacon Cove development, undertaking roles including design coordination, project planning and site logistics.

James continued as a Mirvac Senior Coordinator and eventual Design Manager for six years progressing through the developing Beacon Cove project as well as playing key roles on the SY21, Yarra's Edge Tower 1 and Waverley Park projects.

In his time at Mirvac, James developed invaluable experience in fast tracked, design and construct projects exposing him to the detailed site logistics of some major Melbourne landmark projects.

In late 2003 James joined Multiplex Constructions as a Senior Coordinator on the $250 million Urban Workshop project. His key roles involved design management, external client liaison and reporting as well as managing a team of graduate coordinators.

James established Figurehead Developments in 2006 and carried out four residential projects in Melbourne's bayside suburbs.

James' role as Director at Figurehead includes overall programme development and management, occupational health and safety systems management, quality and procedures manual development and HR Management.

During completion of University in 1999, Joe joined Westfield Design & Construction as a Graduate Site Coordinator on its $300 million Fountain Gate Shopping Centre Re-development. He undertook roles including design coordination, project planning and contract administration.

Following the Project's completion, Joe joined the Mirvac Group as a Contract Administrator on its 40 storey, $160 million Yarra's Edge Tower 5 Project.  Joe worked on the project from early design inception through to completion.

Joe joined Icon Construction in 2005 as the company's first Contracts Manager. Joe's role involved head contract management, detailed contract administration processes and system set-up, internal job cost forecasting and reporting through all Icon projects. He managed a team of 11 contract administrators. He was also heavily involved in Icon's expansion into the Tier 1 Construction Market.

Joe's role as a Director at Figurehead includes business development, new business, financial control and head contract management.
